Delivery of Download Products

No shipping costs apply to download products (digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium).

Download products can be downloaded via a link sent to you by email.
The email containing the access details for the download will be sent within 24 hours of concluding the contract (or, in the case of advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are dispatched within Switzerland and Liechtenstein within 1 to 4 days, to Germany within 2 to 5 days, and to all other destinations within 3 to 6 days.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
