This two-piece punch tool helps prepare all layers of paper in a book evenly.
The paper layers are placed in the middle between the two rails and the holes are punched evenly with an awl. Due to the specified hole spacing, the holes always have the same distance to each other and to the upper and lower edges of the sheet.
