General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application These terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between KREATIV WERKSTATT 24 and its customers. The version of the Terms and Conditions valid at the time the contract is concluded shall apply. Any deviations from these Terms and Conditions require the written consent of KREATIV WERKSTATT 24.

  • 2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded when an order is placed. Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.

  • 3. Prices

All prices published on the website are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF).

  • 4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

Orders are processed promptly by KREATIV WERKSTATT 24. If part of the ordered goods is temporarily out of stock, KREATIV WERKSTATT 24 is entitled to make partial deliveries. In such cases, no additional costs will be charged to the customer. The delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 working days.

  • 5. Payment

Ordered items are supplied against payment by TWINT, collection and payment on site, bank transfer in advance, PayPal, or credit card payment.

  • 6. Returns, Withdrawal from Contract, and Defects

In the event of manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries, we will replace the relevant item with a faultless replacement. To qualify for an exchange, the customer must provide their customer number, invoice number, and the reason for the return. The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Discounted products
- Custom-made orders

  • 7. Workshop Terms and Conditions

    Registration:
    Your workshop booking constitutes a binding registration.

    Payment of Course Fees:
    Registration obliges you to pay the course fee. If you have already paid during the booking process, no further action is required. If you selected the "Pay on Site" option, payment must be made no later than the day of the workshop. Accepted payment methods are cash, TWINT, debit card, or credit card.

    Cancellation:
    If you cancel up to 7 days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged, or you will receive a 50% refund. If cancellation is made 6 days or less before the start of the course, the full course fee remains payable and no refund will be issued. A refund of the course fee is only possible if you nominate a replacement participant. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

    Non-attendance / Illness / Early Withdrawal:
    No refund will be given in the event of non-attendance, illness, or early withdrawal from the course. However, participants may attend a later workshop as a replacement.

    Cancellation by the Course Organiser:
    If Heike Felber cancels a workshop, all course fees already paid will be refunded in full.
  • 8. Data Protection

KREATIV WERKSTATT 24 treats all customer data confidentially. Customer data will not be disclosed to third parties.

  • 9. Liability

Any defects or faults must be reported to KREATIV WERKSTATT 24 immediately and supported by appropriate evidence. KREATIV WERKSTATT 24 reserves the right to remedy defects. KREATIV WERKSTATT 24 accepts no liability for delayed or incorrectly delivered goods.
